When you make a payment through our site you provide your name, contact information, payment information, and any additional information needed for that particular transaction.  This information is used to process your payment and to ensure your payment is correctly credited to your account.

Upon completing a transaction the donor agrees that the donation to the Friends of the Fort Worth Public Library, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 non-profit charitable organization, cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been completed.  Donor understands that no goods or services have been received in exchange for the donation.
